Do you have an order minimum?

There are order minimums for custom design Service. The minimum quantity shall vary as per the gift type i.e weddings,bridesmaid etc.

No Order minimum for ready to ship products.

For all e-commerce transactions we have various modes of payments available like credit card,debit cards, UPIs,Wallets, Paypal.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver and Ship Worldwide.

What Are your Delivery Methods?

We Ship anywhere in India via Shiprocket, Shipliyte ,DTDC India and Indian Mail Services.

For Bulk Shipments we use various freight carriers depending upon the destination location.

Hand Delivering Service is available through Wefast, Uber-connect,Pidge etc in and Around Delhi NCR only.

I Just Placed an order and am worried it wont deliver on time?Is it too late to upgrade to Express shipping?

Absolutely! At the time of Placing the order just Specify the particular date you wish to receive the delivery.We shall be happy to deliver that Day!

Can You arrange delivery on a Particular Day?

No Problem! If you notify us within the same of day of placing the order,we are happy to assist you to upgrading your order to Express delivery service. please email us on help@thevesture.com and we are happy to assist.

Where is my tracking Number?

Tracking Number is generated once we print your Shipping label,which is done on the day when we are ready to dispatch the Product .You will receive a notification email that your product has been dispatched along with the tracking details.

In case you fail to receive the notification email please write to us on contact@thevesture.com along with the order number we will be happy to assist you in the same.
