All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and we can accept cancellations sent over email only for 24 hours on a case by case basis. Products with personalization requests cannot be cancelled.

If you send in a request to cancel your order or a product from your order within 24 hours, but it has already been taken into production / dispatched we will not be able to cancel the order. If the product is exchangeable, then we can offer exchange as per policy listed for the particular product you wish to exchange. However, exchanges are not offered for products with personalisation.
Payments made against orders are not refundable, but if the cancellation is approved, we can issue store credit in the form of an electronic gift card for use within 1 year.
